We provide Technical Support and advice for all of the services we offer.

If you have ANY questions relating to the setup or use of your domain name,  email  / web hsoting service, hardware or software, then please contact us for assistance as follows:

During Normal Office Hours

09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday
(excluding standard holidays - Please refer to our Office Hours page at this link)

You may access support by the following methods:

Outside Office Hours

Please submit your enquiry via the web form. This will be attended to first thing during the next working day.

Response Times

We will provide a response to all Incidents submitted by the web form (during standard business hours) within 30 minutes.

If you contact us by phone we will do our best to provide an answer for you straight away.

We will also log the call in our Incident Management System.

If your query cannot he resolved immediately diring the call, the details are logged and all subsequent correspendance will be assigned to the Incident Number
